I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision On Nov 7th 2023. I was told my car would be ready Dec 8th. I have yet to get my car. When I call I either have to leave a message for the service lady or she tells me my car is being reassembled. I have been given completion date after completion date and still my car is not comp. Today Dec 27 I phoned, the receptionist took my name and number. The service lady did not phone me back but sent a text with the same report. 'The technician is reassembling it. Resolution Sought Complete my car. It is the end of the month. I have bills I have to go pay. I have no car. Please help? Thank you.
