Caliber Collision Centers complaints

I took my vehicle to them after a guy t-boned on driver side rear tire was main blunt of impact. I old them (Ivan the estimator from the beginning that I wanted my rear end checked out throughout because my stability acknowledged light came on at impact and it was clunking and Grinding when I took my truck home from the wreck and when I took it to him to look at & he assured me that they could fix it from a to z. When he called me to pick up my truck it was still clunking and Grinding. I called him and told him about it and i took it back to him and he took it to PepBoys for them to check it out & of course they can't fix it, i told him he needs to take it to the Chevrolet dealership and have it diagnosed and fixed and he said the insurance won't pay for it, I told him they have to pay for it so my truck has not been drivable since 8/1/ 2023 it has been at Caliber are sitting under my carport since the accident and now he is trying to tell me that I need to take it to the dealership and have it diagnosed at my expense and I told him nothing insurance needs to pay to have it diagnosed and fixed. So I called and talked to David the manager at Caliber about what was going on and he said he would check into it and call me back, so I waited4 or 5 days and called back to talk to him and Ivan got on the phone, I told him I asked for David not him he said David told him to handle it, so I argued with him for a few minutes & hung up called corporate they told me they will call me. Resolution Sought I want my vehicle fixed by the at fault driver's insurance company is responsible for as stated in Texas law. Texas law states the at fault driver's insurance is liable for a rental car till the persons vehicle that was hit is either fixed or totaled. I was told when I talked the adjuster that I was taking my truck to Caliber Collision and I also needed a rental car, which I have not had from day 1, but yet my truck still sets parked under my carport since 8/1/2023.

AAA sent caliber Collision after one of their insured persons T-bone my car on the passenger side door and boarder. The accident was 08/04/23, repair was approved by AAA agent Yoly Garcia # 951-369-4590 , so I took my my car in Sept 25th, 2023, I was told my car would be completely repaired by October 4th 2023. When I went to pick up my car the door was fixed but boarder was off/missing. Caliber Collision rep. Stephanie Rodriquez promised me that the boarder part would be in October 10th 2023 it would only 5 minutes to attach to the door, hear it is Feb 06/24 ,I have no part it's taking the value off my car, messing with my health (ulcer). Claim # 015980944 I have call and call to inquire about the part, poor customer service never call back, never keep me updated, they just lie and return are call me back. I emailed the adjuster Yoly Garcia and I am blocked, I call and left several messages, never got a call back . Resolution Sought I want the boarder put back on my door I want my car to be completely repaired, AAA referred me to this place and Yoly Garcia is ignoring me with poor customer service.
