I took my car in 4 months ago to have repairs done, I have taken it several times for repairs, and every time they just give me the run around. They have been paid by my insurance company already for the repairs. They were paid $7400.00- the bumper keeps coming out on one side. And they just keep telling me it could be a defect from the dealer manufacturer. I took it to the dealership and they stated there was damage to the bumper and that is why its not staying in place. It is supposed to have a lifetime warranty. I took it to a different location, but they stated they would not help me. Resolution Sought To have my bumper repaired correctly

I have been waiting for this company to fix my car for almost a month now. Every time we call to get an update, they tell us the day we should expect it to be ready. When the day comes, they give us a different date almost a week from the expected date. When we call to get updates, they lie to us saying the technician is out on lunch or some other ridiculous lie. We have caught them in lies several times. I am tired of this; I need my car. We do not have time to wait around for the car to be fixed; we have bills to pay. Resolution Sought I would love for my car to be fixed IMMEDIATELY. Either that or I would like the $1000 deductible waived or reduced. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will never refer anyone to this company. If they cannot fix the car, I will be taking it from the shop and taking my business elsewhere. I have never experienced anything this ridiculous in my entire life. If i could give them 0 stars I would.
