On 11/29/2023 my vehicle was serviced by Caliber I got my vehicle back on 1/29/2024. When I drove it home, it was making a strange sound, so I called and let the manager know. He said my car was old and that is why it was making the sound. I only have honda or myself service my car, when I had my oil changed, there was a different filter on the vehicle. Caliber was only to be working on the body of the car, not the engine. I has having a difficult time removing the filter. But finally got it out. I had Honda check the vehicle out, and they stated the engine in my car was not the engine that should be in, the engine number in car was R18Z15760732 and it should be 19XFB2F56FE236882. I spoke with the new manager at Caliber, he did not want to help me out with issues on the vehicle. They are saying the filter being changed is not their fault, when no one else has worked on my vehicle. Resolution Sought To repair my car with the correct engine & parts

I took my new/used 2018 Nissan Maxima SL their for som repairs 3 claims…and didn't get MY CAR BACK THEY STOLE MY MAXIMA AND GAVE ME BACK A BEAT THIS IS NOT MY CAR Resolution Sought GET MY CAR BACK , give me the car car I dropped off and pay me for pain and suffering
