I placed an order for their food product online which was shipped on 8/22/22 (account charged same day). The order arrived on 8/24/22 in 2 boxes. One box was not insulated & had no dry ice. The other box was insulated but was ripped completely open & product was also thawed. I emailed them immediately & received an auto reply that they got my email. I have emailed twice since, gotten automatic responses but have gotten no follow up from them at all. When I have emailed I have given them my order # and all of my contact info. I looked for a way to review them but there wasn't an option for that on their site. I have since received an invitation to review them which I did, giving them a poor review. Still crickets. I would like a refund. Order # 4210788466826 (per invoice from box) #60543769 (per email correspondence) and there's even another order number mentioned (543769) in the initial email I received from them. I have emailed several times & gotten an auto response that said someone would be contacting me. I have also called & left message on a voicemail that said someone would be contacting me. Alas, no one has reached out. I would like a refund as both boxes came thawed out, one w/ no dry ice & one in a torn open box. Resolution Sought I would like a refund.
