Consumer alleges: I cancelled this service, but the representative reinstated me instead of cancelling. I got an email stating I would get $68.00 back. Per my email, my account policy has been cancelled as of 2/28/21. It's now May 14, and I still have not received my refund and every time I call I get a different excuse. When I leave messages I never receive a call back. Please send my refund immediately. Resolution Sought Send my refund immediately.
