I rented a room from this hotel, & when I was going to enter my room their maid was there cleaning it because it was not clean, so I had to wait an hour outside of the room until it was clean, so when inside, and to my surprise, the door opens while I am in there, naked by the TV and my partner is on the bed With no pants on and I maid walks back in. I went down to speak to the front desk regarding the situation and they said you know that was a human error. That's not supposed to be happen I am if you would like to get a refund you have to come back when the guy in the red Tesla returns. He's a manager he seems to never be around when we need him. So when I went back to see them in the red Tesla had arrived , the girl in the front Dess told me he start giving refunds and I said OK well can I sit and wait so I can speak to him and she said you can't wait in the lobby you got a leave he's not giving refunds I can talk to you and I said OK why are you being so rude to me I just wanna talk to him I'm not really feeling safe right now because of the fact that not only did somebody walk into my room when I wasn't completely dress or my partner wasn't And my door doesn't lock on the top lock to keep people out like that my window have been pried open, and they had awesome for me of a sexual assault to the girl with the attitude in the front desk when I told her that I would just sit in the lobby and wait she said I was not allowed to and she was callin Resolution Sought I would like to business to offer me a formal apology and try to understand that if a person doesn't feel safe somewhere, especially from the things that they are lacking or they are informing me of after I purchase the product or service or place that they should be more than happy to give me my refund and let me go somewhere where I feel safe and I think they should give me back my money because I'm now I'm stuck staying here and I'm not gonna be able to sleep because I don't feel comfortable
