Since December 8, 2022, we have been in contact with the Company regarding their overcharge on credit card for services they performed at my residence and my mother's next door. They were given permission to charge $1480.00 but instead they charged $1592.87. They said they would deliver a check in the amount of $112.87 after they didn't deliver it, we made several calls to them and each time they reassured us it would be delivered. I tried to make arrangements to pick up the check and they stated no one in office. On January 11, 2023, they said they would priority mail it to us. Needless to say, we did not receive it. On January 24, I left a message I would be reporting the fraud charge and have received no response from them. Resolution Sought Refund for the overcharge of $112.87
