Will not be rescheduling anything with this company.

I set up an appointment with this company for someone to check my heater. They scheduled a 2 hour window between 10-12 on Saturday Dec. 21, 2019. At 1 pm my nephew called and spoke to a lady who made a big excuse why the person never showed up and now it's after 3 pm and they won't answer the phone, no one ever called to say they weren't coming or to reschedule or anything. Poor excuse for a company.
