I've continued to have problems with the water company. I've checked my meter multiple times and continuously to make sure my water consumption is under control because this seems to be an issue with them frequently. I shut my water off. I even shut off my valves to my pool And somehow my water consumption has quadrupled. I've even had plumbers come out to see if there's any leaks. There's no leaks anywhere. My bill went from $50 to $80 to $180 yo $687!!!!!!!! I call and they don't seem to care. They've told me to check my water spinner and it's not spinning or detecting a leak. They don't seem to care saying they will send someone in 5-7 days or don't care to reimburse. The meter shows something different than what they are charging. Resolution Sought I would like for them to come out and check our neighborhoods meters and fix them. If they're not working correctly I would also like to be reimbursed for the incorrect amount that they're charging me., No one can afford to pay $687 water payment. And I would like for this to say consistent. This has happened with them a few times.
