Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. On 10/3/21 I received a text messaged stating that 50.00 will be charged to all accounts this month the dumpster remains in the condition ot is in. The dumpster charge will continue until the area is clean and they no longer charge extra to remove trash outside the dumpster. The dumpster hadn't been dumped in two weeks and I have combed thru my lease to find where I am responsible for the dumpster and trash surrounding it, nothing found. There wasn't a notice prior, just added 50.00 dollars to my rent. Do they have the right to do this without a given notice to tenants? No one in the office can answer my questions, they gave me an email address and told me to email the given email address about my concerns. Why must the tenants suffer at the hands of the property managers and their scamming, irresponsible ways? Resolution Sought Explain their unethical practice and how can a company create a lease but it's only convenient when it needs to be for them.
