The neighbor above us didn't notice how hot water heater burst on Thursday June 23 and the water from that knocked our air unit out. Callahan said it was our fault because we didn't change the filter and we are behind on our rent because of the Covid-19 pandemic. He is ordering us out by tomorrow and has refused to fix our air. Resolution Sought He will fix our unit and we can work out a payment plan to catch up what we owe him.
