Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. On 7/3/21 I noticed that my gutter was hanging down and out of aliment. on 7/6/21 I called their number and got only a voice mail box. I called the next day and got hold of a young woman who stated someone would come over on 7/9/21 to inspect the damage. No one showed on 7/9/21. I had to call another contractor to look at the situation and he told me the Callan did not install the gutters properly and overlooked problems that he failed to inform me of. He did not call me back at all and have no idea how to contact him. Resolution Sought I would like Callan to call me and to admit he did a very bad job.
