We hired Mike Gable who is owner of Calm Valley Landscaping. We hired him to make a rock wall in front of our home. He was supposed to pull all trees grass etc put a double layer of weed barrier and then put river rocks. We paid a lot of money for this. He promised that we would never see a weed again. About a month or two after finished weeds grew through barrier they did not double the barrier or even pull all weeds there is a big tree route pushing through the barrier now about to tear through. Mike promised he would come talk to me several times and never did. I never heard from him again. Now he just dropped the rocks they fell apart everywhere. It looks terrible. I just want them to do the job we payed for. I believe we payed 10,000 for this. We don't have money to spend that was it and l just want them to pull barrier and pull the tree roots a as no redo the barrier property along with the rocks. It's only fair! Resolution Sought I just want them to come and do the job right that all!

Estimate provided to her states what work were were to perform. She reached out a few months after to complain of weeds growing, which we informed her was a normal thing as there is never a 100% fix for weeds!! In the quote nothing was mentioned about a double fabric. After she reached out we tried to meet with her on a few occasions and she had to decline due to medical reasons. At this point it has been just about a year and we can no longer nor did we provide a warranty for weeds being gone forever without upcoming maintenance. We did try and use the site to leave a more detailed message, but we are very unfamiliar with this site as well as we did try to reach out and left a voice mail. Thank you.

I do not accept this answer because Michael the owner is lying. He never tried to come over he kept promising and never could make it he actually declined every time. Also there are roots that ripped out of the landscape fabric that's why he did promise a double layer and he is lying again about that he also is the one who verbally told us we would never see a weed again. But the worse part is he did not do his job he promised he pulled all roots before he even put the fabric down now the roots are pushing through the fabric it's not just one spot it's everywhere he knows he did not do a good job he rushed on our expense and he is a disgrace to use my medical condition as an excuse for not helping l have a chronic condition he knows that and he thought he could get away with this because of my disability but l will not let him get away with this l have witnesses that we're at our house heard him promise we would never see a weed and also heard him promise to double layer the fabric to make sure we would never have a problem with weeds again they are his words verbatim!
