I bought a 2008 jeep commander from them because it has third row seating and me and my fiance have 4 kids ages 1-8. We told Dave the owner this and he showed us a jeep with 190k miles on it said it was a very reliable jeep since it has a hemi and that it just needed a belt replaced at some point but wasn't much of a problem. He prayed with us told us he would help us with anything we needed. He seemed trust worthy so we bought the jeep and a "bumper to bumper warranty" which wasn't a bumper to bumper warranty we later found out. Two days after we bought it, it started having issues SERIOUS issues after a week the powersteering was out it was over heating shifting very rough, smoking and leaking fluids. It ended up breaking down with my whole family in the vehicle less then a mile from the dealership we had it towed to Roberson tires they said we should take it back get our money back so we tried Dave said "He wasn't walmart" and to have it towed to midas so we did where it sat for three months because the horrible warranty company wasn't wanting to comply and Dave gave us a we owe saying he would pay for cost when he found out what the cost was midas said he didn't want to pay it. Midas was so sick of dealing with calvery they said they would never do business with them again and gave us our jeep back for free. But it wasn't completely fixed and still overheated and didn't have powersteering and the altinator went out after getting back he's done this to multiple people. Resolution Sought To refund us the money because they have the jeep back on their lot. We lost custody of kids our job and home because we didn't have Transportation the least they can do is give us our money back to make things right. Or give us a reliable vehicle that won't break down we will even pay the payments if it cost more we just need a reliable car and to stop being treated like we are a problem because I have several text from him where he's been very argumentative and rude to us for wanting resolutio

I hate to be blunt but in this case I feel it's necessary. This customers complaint is full of lies first off I told them upfront that the Jeep had several issues but the motor and transmission were solid. The Jeep even qualified for a service agreement which I explained would not cover the minor issues I never told them it was bumper to bumper I've never told anyone that. I did however go over everything that was covered with them reading directly from the contract. They say they barely made it home and had only driven the Jeep a mile or two which is completely untrue. They drove the Jeep over 1,400 miles before taking it to Midas at which time Midas explained that the motor overheated due to a leak in the radiator and I believe also needed a water pump which was covered under their service contract. I told them and Midas that I would pay their deductible. The customer approved Midas to do the work but Midas did not contact the warranty company to get the parts delivered which was their responsibility. I was made aware roughly a month later that the Jeep was still at Midas and had not been repaired. I then got involved and the parts were delivered within a few days. If I would've been made aware earlier I would've gotten involved much sooner. They claim I gave Midas the runaround when it was time to be paid, 100% completely untrue. They also claim Midas will not do business with us any longer which is also 100% untrue. We have all of our vehicles serviced at Midas and have for many years. They claim they lost their children due to the vehicle breaking down, I've never heard of anyone losing their kids to DHS because their vehicle broke down. The truth is we financed this vehicle to this customer at 0% interest. They made their first payment late and have yet to make anymore payments. They are now 3 months behind on their payments. Even though they are 3 months behind on their payments I told them to bring the Jeep to the dealership so we could check it out ourselves and see if we could trade them into something else. They had it towed and the tow truck driver had taken the drive shaft off so we had no way to drive it to see what was going on. We have been told the head gasket needs to be replaced which is caused by continuing to drive a vehicle while it's hot. It's interesting to me that while we were in the process of trying to help them they made this complaint with all of these lies about us, trying to defame our character. It's very unfortunate but due to their outrageous lies posting them online we are no longer willing to do anything further as well as the fact that they are in default on their installment contract. In closing we sell all of our vehicles AS/IS as all dealerships do because we have no idea how they are driven once they leave the dealership but we still try to help everyone.
