We agreed on a price and design for the pool. A contract was signed with a layout. They came to dig the pool and found building material that was buried underground at the part of the pool that was closest to the house. They said they would not complete the job unless they are paid another 25,850.00. They said this meant that have to dig very deep past the rubbish and it would take an extra 2 days of just digging. The hole was half done so I said to continue. They finished in half a day. I asked why they are charging so much and they won't return my calls. They also did not follow the design that was drawn for me. The shallow end is a lot smaller than in the picture. Resolution Sought I want a fair increase in price for an extra half day of work and extra gravel that has to be placed in the pool and dirt that was hauled. I want the design to match what was agreed upon. I want my phone calls returned from the manager who makes the decisions, Jeff.
