I acquired this ownership several years ago, I have been unable to utilize it for vacations since then. Consequently, this purchase has become entirely futile for me. I made attempts to terminate this agreement with Capital Vacations upon realizing that it did not align with what was initially presented to me. Despite being instructed to contact Lisa Lewis, my attempts to connect with her have spanned over a year without any response. Regrettably, neither Lisa Lewis nor anyone from Capital Vacations has reached out to me except to tell me no. This predicament has left me profoundly frustrated and disheartened. Given the circumstances and the lack in customer service from their end thus far, I am requesting the waiver of all fees associated with exiting this ownership. I seek your assistance in the resolution of this matter with Capital Vacations. Resolution Sought I want to exit the timeshare and have all fees waived.

We have purchased a timeshare through this company, but we are unable to enjoy it due to health issues. We have been requesting to return our timeshare to them, but they refuse to help us. We have not been able to use the timeshare due to serious health issues. My wife has had 3 surgeries as well as a detached retina since 2017 which has severely impacted our ability to travel anywhere. Since March of 2020, we have been advised to refrain from any out of country or interprovincial travel due to covid-19. Now with our aging parents it is even more difficult for us to get away as they are requiring more and more assistance as well as transportation for medical appts that are 2 hour drives for us, one way. This timeshare is simply not working for us and we have a very unique situation. We are filing a complaint as this company is putting us in a bind and refusing to sympathize with our circumstances. Based on our experience, it appears that their standard practice is to prey upon people who are helpless. We just want what's fair! Resolution Sought WE want our contract cancelled!
