Lady named Lynn sent a rude text message about selling my property if I didn't come pick it up and when I went into the store to pick up my property she tried to push a table into me (and hit my son with the table) and beat me up after I told her the message she left me was rude. I've been waiting since March for my chainsaw. She threatened to throw my chainsaw out the back and told me to get the fuck out and I was never allowed to come in there again. She is very unprofessional and quite rude. Resolution Sought Refund for the chainsaw.

The above accusations are false I never laid hands on her or shoved a table into her or her son I have a police report and video of the incident to back this up back story before I sent her a text about her chainsaw we attempted to contact her several times about picking it up when she never returned our calls sent her a message saying she needed to make arrangements to pick it up by the end of the week so she text me back saying I was rude to her and she would be in to pick up chainsaw that day she came in to pick up her chainsaw with an attitude and ready to fight I did tell her to get the F*** out of my store after she put her finger in my face then two days after the incident she sent her daughter in here with the chainsaw saying it wouldn't start so my mechanic took it from her and started it up right in front of her with no problems which we also have video we do not owe her a refund for repair with the chainsaw we did everything that was asked of us in repairing the chainsaw. Again we do not owe her a refund we did the work and it was running properly when it left here and when she had her daughter bring it back the second time it was running when they left here.
