I bought a silver 2009 Toyota Corolla cash for 5700.00, was told that it was a good car. When I asked about accidents I was told none. When I asked what was wrong with it he said just a transmission mount that he would change before I picked up the car. He never did. I brought the car back a total of three times he never fixed anything except a ball joint that he installed wrong. I brought the car to two separate mechanics to have it fixed myself both of which said the car is unfixable and extremely dangerous to be driving. The frame is broken and rusted through the axle is broken, the sway bar, and tyrods are broken . The radiator and ball joints were installed incorrectly. There is oil leaking and one the belts fell off. This is with in two weeks of me owning it. It had been in a bad accident that he did disclose to me. And only fixed the outside of the car. I tried twice to get my money back and he refused. I wrote a 93a demand letter all within the thirty days. He hasn't responded. I have a claim with the attorney general office that I'm still waiting to hear from. The next step is court. Please help. Resolution Sought I want my money back and the registration and mechanic expenses back around 7000.00

Our lawyer called the customer and they came to an agreement, for us to return the full payment price and 50 for the title. We agreed to this and returned the payment to the customer along with $50.00 for the title. This was completed on 7/15/2022. The customer was happy and satisfied with the transaction.
