BCA's Summary and Analysis:

One complainant alleges dissatisfaction with the offer claiming no benefits are received from the training sold. The customer states the company offered medical billing employment training and placement in an employment advertisement and explained the process stating that the training would lead to placement with doctors to do their medical billing. The customer claims only after paying the cost of $249.00 could the agreement from the company website be printed and the 24/7 support always was a response from a pre-generated form email. Another customer states a company representative claimed the customer would receive information to look over, take an openbook test and start earning thousands. The customer states after sending in the money, the company sent a download with over 600 pages and 1,057 questions on medical terminology to pass.

Complaints about similar offers allege dissatisfaction with the content of materials, misrepresentation of the offer or difficulty obtaining refunds. Complainants generally receive physician listings that are outdated, incorrect, or out of their service area. They also report verbal representations of unfulfilled promises for clients or difficulty understanding the software. Our experience with other companies shows that the companies do not honor their guarantees and often fail to make refunds.
