They are saying that my water bill is really high and I have not lived on the property for over a year I don't see how they can still say I owe as much as they are saying Resolution Sought I should be able to have water with out paying the bill as high as they say it is because I did not run it up like that and they wouldn't fix the bill any when I had a leak
