Customer Complaint

Work quoted and started on November 7, 2020. Started out good then as of July 12, 2021 work quoted and paid for not completed. Continually giving excuses as to why he can't finish the work. HCIDLA inspector went out and we were fined because work was not complete. Inspection was on 11/4/2020 and an extension was granted. Next inspection on April 12, 2021 work was not finished so we were fined for that. Peter assured me in December that by the inspection date of 4/12/2021 work would be complete. It was not. Pending work totaling 2,330.00 was paid for. I have counted him by phone, text and he keeps telling me he will put me on the schedule. This was back in May 2021. Nice guy- terrible work ethic. I want the work to be finished and done correctly. Resolution Sought I want the project finished or I want my $2330.00 refunded before we have another inspection and fined again.
