I have been a loyal customer to Cami's for years now and after my experience today I will never return. I went in for a refill on my nails. I told the woman what I wanted and she acted as if she could do it. She "finished" my nails and they looked terrible. I told her I didn't like it and she got an attitude. Another woman came to redo my nails and even though I still didn't like the outcome, I was tired of being there as it was approaching three hours. I go to pay and she told me my total was $125. I was in disbelief. Are they charging me for both sets? The original that was terrible and the final outcome? Because my full set when I went there was $120 so how is my refill more expensive than my full set? That doesn't make sense. So I asked them to explain how my refill is more expensive. She said a refill starts at $50, yet when I checked their booking site a refill is listed at $30. They charged me whatever price they wanted to charge because I advocated for myself. These people do not know how to conduct business and are charging us different prices than listed on their official booking site. Resolution Sought I would like a partial refund. They are making up prices depending on the person and that just isn't right. They overcharge for everything and I doubt they even have the proper licensing for each technician to conduct legal services.
