They over serve alcohol. People are falling over..getting very loud and fighting

This restaurant is on 928 Berryville Ave in Winchester VA. Its a Mexican restaurant I have been going to for years. First of all the new owners who have take over is a mom and daughter. Spanish ladies. Seemed very nice at first but I'm so disappointed. The old owner I miss him very much. I will not take my family there ever again. 4 different tines I have went there. They over serve alcohol. People are falling over..getting very loud and fighting. I once saw a girl she must have served 8 margaritas to..a Spanish male over 10 shots of tequila and these people are driving and are going to get killed or hurt someone else like my innocent family on the road. I once saw a guy almost get hit. A white guy is always serving too much. His name is Tomas Arroyo which I also just found out is a registered violent sex offender which is reason i wont go back. There's holes in ceiling. I saw roaches last time which did me in. I saw them every where and the cook makes food with bare hands. No gloves!!!! I'm so disgusted and outraged. The lady who owns the restaurant was sitting at bar not paying one bit of attention and was flirting with drunk men with her kids in there. Awful!!!!! Id like to see them fix up their establishment and fire the sex offender.
