Trying to get my money back off a vehicle that I bought from this company cause the vehicle won't run right. Resolution Sought Take the car back and return my money.

Every vehicle that we sale we give a 30 day warranty on the Motor and Transmission only. This vehicle had some issues and we had Lumberton Ford repair them with the PCM. We them have done some work with the timing and as I type this, we are still repairing the vehicle. We do not refund money as we will repair the vehicle. Customer did come to office and the last time he came, he said he would contact his lawyer. We do in fact have all the paperwork that he signed that states that he signed a warranty and in fact doesn't receive a refund due to repair issues. We are a reputable company, and we stand behind our vehicles. We have worked on the vehicle, with good faith, and our customer has signed such documents.
