On July3,2024 I purchased a 2015 Thor Hurricane. The first issue was getting it registered because I had to wait for the Title. I call them all the time and can't get anyone to give me any information on my coach. I just get passed around from one dept. To another. No one can seem to know any info on it. I've tried talking to Adam Souza the person that sold me the RV. He never calls me back. Today it is Aug.8. I have already paid the first monthly payment on it!! It's still sitting on the lot! I emailed Adam yesterday and insisted I hear from someone today! Still no contact. The dealership is two hours away. I'm to the point that I'm going to drive down there! Please possibly could the BBB. Help me out with this issue? The lack of communication is too much. I'm tired of playing phone tag! They are supposed to be putting a rain canopy on it. I haven't been able to get any info on that either. Resolution Sought I want them to give me my RV that I purchased. And honor their end of the purchase and at least call me back!

I bought a used rv that was not properly inspected. The sales person told me that it was in perfcet condition when i was far from it. The electrical, plumbing, and break systems all have issues that everyone else says couldnt have started in a few months. Ontop of this when i was told to take it to their colorado springs location and spent over a grand to get it there and stay they didnt fox anything properly and the water intake they "installed" became unseated within a week due to improper sealing Resolution Sought I want them to cover my expenses to get this thing to proper working order and to have their people properly trained and certified for fire extinguishers as they are installing and failing to tag.
