I was looking online for a heated water hose for my camper and found one at camping world for $81. I went to the Kodak store but it was $99.97, so I showed them the listing online for $81 and they told me that was the price for members. It doesn't say anything online about for members only pricing but I paid the $99 anyway. I relieved less than an hour later that I purchased the wrong one so I got back online and bought the bigger one for the discounted price and didn't need a membership. I went back to the store to return the smaller one and told the gentleman that I bought the bigger one online for the discounted price with no membership, that upset him for some reason but no big deal I just wanted to return the one I didn't need. That's when things went south. He told me that I wouldn't get my online order probably till Monday even though it said it guaranteed I could get it within 24 hours, he also stated that he could not refund my money because it was more than $50 that they would mail me a check in two weeks or so for the refunded amount. When I purchased the item no one told me that I had to wait two weeks If I returned it, nobody pointed out any paperwork that said that, I was told nothing about there refund policy. I even expressed my concerns that I was getting a heated water hose that was too short and was told if it was to short I could return it with no mention of their two week policy to hold my refund. I just wanted to get my grievance out there. Resolution Sought To let people know their refund policy that you have to wait two weeks for a wrong item or damaged item for a refund. I also would like them to state that anything they price online is different than what it is in the store which I think is not right to do anyway.

$116,000.00 is the amount of my dispute! I bought a camper van that need a part 30 days ago when I picked it up & the part was supposed to be on order! 30 days later ..still no part! But my complaint is not about this specific part ..it's about the entire purchase ..this van is a piece of crap! Everything is loose & wobbly ..water leaks, tile rack falls off the wall while driving! Wallpaper & floor tile discoloration, generator vibrates everything in the van etc etc etc ..what a nightmare! They also told/sold me a 2025 only to find out it is a 2024 Resolution Sought Take back the piece of junk they sold me & refund my $$ spent so I can go where I get a better deal

Only a couple things have been resolved, I took the van to their shop, on October 20th, prior to me going to their shop I spoke to their general manager of sales, his name is Connor, I'm not sure of his last name. He returned my call, and stated that he would like me to be a happy customer, made the appointment for 20 October, he promised me when I arrived that he was going to take me to lunch or pay for my lunch, he was going to fill my van up with gas, he was going to detail the van because of my complaints of when I picked it up and there was no gas in it And the vehicle was very dirty for a new vehicle, especially at the price it cost me. My appointment with Connor was at 9:30 AM, I arrived at 9:25, Connor was not in, so I took my van up to the Service area, they ask if I was leaving the van. I stated it was my home and then it was unable to leave it. I got a ride down to the main sales part of Camping world, and I waited for Connor, he arrived at approximately 10:45, he stated that someone in his family had cancer and that that was more important. He shook my hand and he walked away. That was the last I saw of Connor. I sat there until the sales person that sold me the van cam
