We bought a travel trailer in 2023. We have been making payments and it wasn't until the credit union told us how much we owed did we realize how much camping world screwed us over. After almost a year of trying to get paperwork (yeah they never gave us a copy when we bought it), we finally got it and there are falsified signatures on it. We never agreed on the prices listed and they also added multiple warranty's and insurance that we did not agree to. Resolution Sought We would like camping world to take back the trailer, cancel the loan and be done with them all together. The trailer is not worth nearly what they charged us for and it is ridiculous trying to get ahold of anyone to handle this situation,

La Cadena Dr. Colton, California 92324 RE: Sarah Cronin File Number: 99037036 Our File: 5470730 Camping World RV Sales, LLC (“CWRV Sales”) is in receipt of the above-referenced consumer complaint (the “Complaint”) recently filed with your office. We take all consumer issues very seriously and appreciate your office bringing this matter to our attention. CWRV Sales regrets any frustration Mr. and Mrs. Cronin may have experienced with the purchase of their Camper. However, we respectfully deny the allegations in the Complaint. CWRV Sales confirms contacting Mr. Cronin to discuss their complaint. Mr. Cronin was advised that his camper does not warrant a buy back as the camper has not been out of service for any repairs. Regional management offered the Cronin’s a price to outright purchase the camper for $16,800, this price offered is subject to the camper being inspected. The offer was also provided via email to Mr. Cronin and included options to cancel his Extended Service Plan, Roadside Assistance and Wheel and Tire Protection Plan if he chooses to. If Mr. and Mrs. Cronin still needs our assistance, please have them contact the General Manager at their earliest opportunity to discuss and proceed. We consider this matter responded to and are committed to working directly with John and Sarah Cronin on any future concerns they may have. I bought a new trailer from camping world. They delivered it damaged. It had been damaged on the lot before it was delivered and brought it anyway. Now it's been three weeks and still not solutions. I'm 61 years old and I'm not even able to shower in my new trailer. I have no idea what to do. I didn't purchase a damaged trailer I purchased a new trailer. Resolution Sought I want what I paid for.
