We moved out without the apartment manager giving us a a walk through to assess damages upon moving out- which by Arizona law they are supposed to do. Now we are being charged what seems like excessive fines for many things some of which were damages we did not incur. Resolution Sought I would like us to be cleared of all the charges.

Company states; Steven came in and on 8/10/23 @ 10:54am and did a final walk thru and took his own pictures of damages. And satisfied his debt of damages of $1,135.96 in a cashier's check. I have attached a copy of his payment.
