Very Poor Resale Service of Hotel Rooms
Email (redacted)sent to [email protected] earlier today:Due to continued problems with your resale webpage operation, as evidenced by description below, I request a full refund of the purchase price of the room reservation. I have spent many hours trying to resolve this issue of non-working webpage advertising my reservation to no avail including non-response to my request for escalation of the problem.If you have any questions, please contact me at your earliest convenience.Thank you. Land/Faxalso Sent via webmail through Better Business Bureau website at https://www.bbb.org/us/de/dover/profile/online-travel-agency/cancelon-inc-0251-92003512/details to Cancelon "Your call center personnel this morning May 16, 2019, more specifically Arturo, and on previous three days on which I identified this same problem, have refused to recognize that a webpage (a picture of which was emailed to [email protected]), arrived at through www.cancelon.com for my listed reservation in Capri for May 21-May 23 at the La Residenza has a non-working dark blue BUY NOW button/link in the upper right part of the page; when the customer clicks that dark blue BOOK NOW button a message appears which states "All rooms are book under the selected category. Don’t worry, click back to find other available options ".I request that this dark blue button link on the webpage described is removed or repaired.Thank you.P9PS there is also a light blue BOOK BUTTON FURTHER DOWN THE WEBPAGE advertising my current listing which does work. However if a customer is looking at the advertising webpage, he/she is far more likely to click on the dark blue button at the top as it is visible very clearly.
