Poor customer service!

I had a taxi from Women's and Children's Hospital this morning. The wait was not long but the driver missed us the first time around. When she drove up I said good morning but got no response because she was looking at her phone. The only time she spoke was to tell me what I owed and then said "be safe". The back seat floor had trash on the floor. I don't know if I'll use a taxi again but if I do I certainly don't want the same driver. I don't expect to be treated like a queen but I certainly do expect courtesy.
