I had a new septic system installed and now there's a water leak under ground. I had to shut off my water because my water bill went from $15/mo to $90. I called several times and either they don't answer,mailbox is full. I talked to them 1 time and they made an appt which wasn't kept. Resolution Sought Repair the leak they caused

Company states; The office Manager Ms. Penton reached out to Mrs. Sherree to try and set up a date for someone from C&J Sewer to go out and try to resolve this issue, Mrs. Sherree did not answer. Mrs. Sherree called back and left a message on July 17, 2023, thanking me for calling and leaving a message explaining that she gets a lot of spam calls so she doesn't always answer which I totally understand. Mrs. Sherree stated that she wanted to dig it out, take pictures, and find out exactly where it is leaking and then would call us back. She stated that she had done some repairs to the pipe in the past and wanted to make sure it wasn't her repair leaking. I tried to reach out to Mrs. Sherree again returning her call and to discuss her voicemail on July 17, 2023. However, she did not answer. I reached out again on July 18, 2023, and left another voicemail stating that I just wanted to speak to her regarding her voicemail so we could be sure we were on the same page. It is in my best interest to resolve this issue and to be sure that she is pleased with the results. Thank You.
