A man named Josh came to our house told us that we needed a new roof, siding and gutters that we had had a hail storm last year and that we had to get it turned in or we would lose the opportunity for our insurance. He said we would pay no deductible. Nothing would come out of our pocket at all. He told me that I'm not the owner of the house and he told the owner of the house Tierani Sweet. We talked to several people, Josh Justin, somebody from the head of the company all told us we would pay no deductible and that our insurance would not rise. I have texts from them about the work being done. Then they tell us that they never said they were going to do our siding. That's not what. The text that they sent me said that they were having trouble matching the color that they had to deal with our insurance. That was from Josh. Justin says our siding is the most common color that there is that they were never going to do our sighting but I have text stating differently. They lied to us throughout the whole process. First of all they put the wrong color on the roof from what I had picked and I brought that to their attention in a text. Then they kept saying that they were getting to us about the side. It took weeks before they even started on the house. Then they even told our neighbors next door that they could do their roof and they wouldn't have to pay nothing out of pocket. Well now they're wanting money out of our pocket. They're wanting the deductible. I have a lot more. Resolution Sought Stop lying to people and I believe because we're elderly that they thought we were easy targets and women. We don't owe no deductible. They told us we wouldn't have to pay no deductible. I got pictures where her grandson stepped on a nail from the roofing that they just left all in our yard. They had to come and roll it three times we were out there with magnets picking up nails. I have pictures of everything. It's a joke. I have witnesses my neighbors everything. I want them to leave us alone.
