Hired Mr. Cornelia Spence, March 1st as our Builder/contractor, who took our money did nothing made money off of us with no intentions to do any work. Sent very negative texts and emails to our phones/emails and do not want to pay any back. He's making threats to put a lien on our property, making up stories saying our lot wont pass for a 3 to.4 bedroom home. Also, said he has a bank out in California to help us build our home at 389,000 up to 415,0000. Resolution Sought We would like a refund in full and stop all threats.
