Horrible company to allow this. Slow down!!

There was a van number 23 with an older gentleman an looked to seem like a kid in the front seat with a tattoo on neck. I politely asked them to please watch there speed they about hit me. I got a middle finger from the driver an a giggle from the passenger with the smell of marijuana flowing into my car. so as we're going around the loop of mason / bethany rd they seen me on my phone an through out substance. They seem really unprofessional an can't maintain a company vehicle as if it were the company's an not there own. so I can only imagine what they do to others I hope this gets taken Care of there very rude an disrespectful. I've never met quiet anyone like this or would want anyone to have to go through what I did with my daughters in the car thank you.. horrible horrible horrible company to allow this. Slow down!!! Do things on your time not a company's!!! Drug test them! If someone politely asks you to slow down don't laugh an giggle giving ppl the middle finger
