I sent my Samsung chrome laptop to this Company and told me it's worth $0 and I told them to send them back and I haven't heard from them since. Resolution Sought Send my computer or the money.

I mailed them my laptop for them to sell and they told me that they had to inspect it and they were going to send me $153 once it was inspected I got an email this morning stating that they weren't going to send me my money because it was the wrong product. I didn't know that it was the wrong product and that I asked for them to send it back and they told me they weren't going to do that. I had to buy my own label and have send it to them so they could send it back to me when the label they gave me to send it to them was free to them I asked them just to make another label to send it to me because I don't have the money to get another label and they told me they weren't going to do that they were just going to recycle my laptop and I really need my laptop back so I can sell it to somebody else because I'm low on money and I just need my laptop back if I knew it was the wrong product I wouldn't have sold it to them I don't didn't know what kind of laptop it was I really just want my laptop back and now they won't give it back to me and I don't know what to do. Resolution Sought I just want my laptop back or for them to pay me.
