Fitly & Disgusting + abusive, inhuman & very rude!

I have been a tenant for 10 years & 5 months & have not had heat or hot water since December 18, 2018! I also have broken windows, no hot water, intermittent water service which goes off for up to 4 days at a time! I have holes in the floors& ceiling, leaks under several sink & shower areas, rust, mold, maggots, mice, rats, flying insects, ants & other vermin. I have no mailbox I filed 6-complaints with city, county, state & Federal authorities & Slumlord Irina Yury Shlionky has retaliated with an eviction notice based on lies! She has harassed my 2 daughters sexually & threatened me & other family members over 1000 times with graphic violence & death!
