I keep getting calls from this company insisting i ordered their product. I have no idea what they are talking about. I never ordered or used their product. I have no idea what they claim i owe. I have spoken to them several times the employees are difficult to understand because of the poor English spoken. I am foreign born so it is not a issue of nationality rather an issue of clarity. I have insisted that i owe nothing and they continue to insist i do. I see i am at an impasse with this company and if they effect my credit standing or continue to call me they are leaving me no alternative but to take legal action. I was hoping you could find resolution to avoid this. Thank you Resolution Sought Stop calling me clear any perceived debt that they claim.

I was supposed to get a free trial sample of one of their products and pay $6.95 for shipping and handling. When I received the product, I had two other products included and my bill was for $43.91. I didn't order the other two products, I think this is a rip off, I did not agree to this order. How can a company say one thing and then do another. I'm not sure how they can stay in business by doing this kind of business, I'm sure I'm not the first to complain. There's no number to call to complain to. All I received was a receipt with an order number (5A23DC1409) and the products. It shows a no charge for capsules which I did not order, and no charge for this oil which I did order, that is was supposed to be the product for the $6.95 shipping and handling and then another pain gel which I did not order and was charged $29.99 for it. Then there was another $13.92 added for shipping. This should be illegal. How can I get my money back without a point of contact. This place needs shit down for bad business practices. Resolution Sought I would like a refund - this company ripped me off. To rate the experience I had to give one star otherwise it would be no star. This has me pissed off.
