On the above date at approx.. 0730 hr.. I took my 2019 dodge challenger to Cannon Dodge of Greenwood, MS to get my oil changed and tires rotated i gave Larry Green a coupon of $39.95 (six quarts oil/ oil filter) and another coupon for tires rotating 10 off. Mr. Green informed me(Bradley) that i owed $95.16. I informed Mr. Green what about the coupon i gave you. He stated the reason it $95.16 is because your vehicle hold seven quart of oil which it don't. He got the coupon off his desk and gave the paperwork to service manager Amanda. Green and Amanda stated to me that your bill is $74.00 which i had to pay $77.00. Amanda informed me that they couldn't take but one coupon but i told him let you use both coupons. . I talked to someone name Billy concerning this incident. . Billy change his words around when Amanda change with something different. They stated they put seven quarts of oil but the paperwork stated six. My vehicle don't hold but six quarts. Amanda added the bill up and stated the bill should be $72.00. First she said $95.16 . Second she stated $74.00 Resolution Sought Refund. I need to know did they put six or seven quarts of oil in my vehicle.

Company states; I refunded the oil change price to my customer as a goodwill gesture. There were 6 quarts of oil placed inside the engine at the time of oil change.
