Very difficult then hung up on me.

Leasing Consultant Jordan Cox. Today 6/1 I called in this morning around 9:30 to advise them of loosing my mail box key. Instead of Jordan giving me detailed information on how to get another key Jordan response was " have you paid your rent?" I called later today to let her know of the looting curfew and she was very difficult then she hung up on me I called Jordan back and asked if her handing up was a mistake or not I waited 2 minutes before I called back , mail box key is only 5$ I just needed a copy to see if my food stamps card had arrived I'm a single mom trying to make it before curfew. I would like for Jordan to apologize and understand that she is a representation of Cannon Management and when a tenant ask what are the steps in getting another mail-box key not to see have an attitude and hang up on me.
