Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I lost $5 with Canteen Saint Paul. I was supposed to get my cash back over a month and a half ago and made multiple phone calls and complaints. The first time I put in the request for my $5 I only received $1 and an excuse of, "Oh, other people have broken into machines and lied about money therefore it is a valid excuse for the company to not give my money back. A second ticket was made over the phone. I never got a call back and when I saw the person who services the machines and said, "Other people being dishonest is not an excuse to give your customers what they are owed, the man looked at me and said; I believe that is a valid excuse. As an LLC. They get their money back for their losses and business losses are tax write offs at the end of the year. There is no valid excuse for a Business intentionally cheating their customers. They have done this to me and multiple other people that have been owed due to actually losing legitimate money in their machines like me. They refuse to give me my money back. Resolution Sought I want my money back. It has been a month and a half of giving me excuses as to why they do not want to give me my money back and that excuse being, "other people lied and stole from them therefore it is okay for them to cheat their customers. They should be giving me my money back and extra money or snacks as compensation for me being treated this way by the company. I have heard of other people complaining of the same thing.
