The company scams and steals

The companies machines took my money without giving anything back and the company consistently cheats their customers by refusing to give customers money back. They have done this to me and multiple other people who have used their machines, lost money and the people that run them refuse to give people's money back. They use the excuse that "other people have lied and stole before, therefore it is a valid excuse not to give everyone else their money back. I have called, left messages and even talked to the guy that services the machines and was told verbatim that "other people lying and stealing is a valid excuse not to give their good & honest customers their money back". The company shamelessly & openly cheats and steals from their customers. I would give their company a rating of zero, but that is not possible, so I guess it gets a 1.
