Unfortunately after several emails since the 29th of December to customer support, I am yet to receive any correspondence. I've checked my junk folder daily and nothing there either. My order is now outside of the turn around window and I'm wondering when it will ship or what can be done. The turn around window is 7-10 business days the day AFTER you place the order. I placed my order on the 17th of December so that window has come and gone. Resolution Sought Send my products with tracking or refund me.

I never received the items that I ordered. I reached out to the company and spoke to a representative Daisy Mathews whom said I will not be refunded per policy or get my items reship without proper documentation from USPS stating that my package was returned in error. Resolution Sought I would like my paid items be delivered to my house without me paying additional shipping fees.

Customers order was returned to us due to an insufficient/incorrect address placed at the time of purchase. Customer was notified on April 21st about the returned package but failed to respond. Customer was sent a follow up message the same week and the next week was sent a final notice. Shortly after receiving the final notice customer responded requesting a refund. Customer was reminded of refund policy and was informed on how to receive a waived reship fee. Customer asked for more information on how receive the waived reship and was given this information. Customer refused to comply as this would require them to contact USPS. Customer was informed of all the step taken to get them their package, including the proof of notice of the package being out for delivery on March 26. Customers only response was "Thanks! I will reach out to consumers affair about this matter.
