We have a hole in our bathroom ceiling from a leak that has been there since February 2021 and they said that they would fix it but it has been almost a year and now our toilet is starting to bubble up and leak from the base as well as our tub. There is also a leak in our sink that has been there for two months and now there is mold under there. I have a two year old son and they are not even trying to make an effort to fix anything that is wrong. They were going to move us to another apartment but it has been three months and nothing on the other apartment. Resolution Sought What we desire is for them to fix the issues. Before we decide to leave and find another place to live.

The heating and ac unit went out in Feb I had informed the landlord. After that, there was a leek above the bathtub I had also told and informed the landlord about that to. Was told that it was to wet to get the stuff needed to fix it. Both happened in February right after the bad snow storm. She had also told me that they had so many people putting in complaints on thing thats causing them to get behind. The leek had gotten so bad that it had cause the roof of my apartment to come in causing a whole that is about 2 feet long 1 foot wide. They had come in and pulled what was hanging down and that really didn't fix anything because there is still stuff falling into my bathtub. It is worried me because I do not want something to fall in on me and my one year old while giving him a bath. Like I said before this started in February the landlord haves had 5 months to fix this issue but haves done nothing to help. And with the ac she had put a small unit in my living room witch doesn't help with this heat and has caused my electricity to go up 20$. Resolution Sought I want to be moved to another 1 bedroom unit until the whole in the bathroom and ac is fixed.
