The lady at the security checkpoint (Blanca) would not help me pull out the vehicle I paid for.

I purchased a car from this auction and came to pick the vehicle up. The lady at the security checkpoint (Blanca) would not help me pull out the vehicle I paid for. I waited for an hour outside as she let 5 other customers pick up their vehicles before me as I waited first in the sequence of customers. I do not believe I was rude in any way, and was being discriminated against as I would not get service. I arrived at 11:15am and have been waiting here after many customers came and went. As I am filing this complaint the time is now 12:28pm.
