But now let me get another refrigerator without them buying another compressor this refrigerator has been switched out on May the 19th for today a place to order May the 5th got the refrigerator made at 12th refrigerator went bad brought me another one out on the 19th it now went bad I've been without a refrigerator going on for weeks lost food buying lots of ice money I don't have to be buying now I need to go buy another refrigerator. Resolution Sought Replace my money for the other refrigerator I have to buy.

I am sorry she lost food. We are not the manufacturer of the appliance. That is who she needs to contact for any reimbursement. We are the servicer only and we do the repairs. The phone number to Electrolux (parent company of Frigidaire) is 1-800-374-4432 for any reimbursement. Right now Ms. McIntyre is scheduled for service on 8/10/22 to repair her current refrigerator.
