Arthur J. Hannah, the owner of Capital City Custom Car Center, has had my car since September, 2015. I asked for the return of my car many times to no avail. I paid $6,500.00. When I saw my car two (2) months ago everything under the hood was gone and the entire interior was gone. A.J. Hannah took all my parts and the car is now a shell. A.J. Hannah has committed fraud against me. He took my money and stripped my car of all of its parts. After seeing the car I doubt that it can look like it did when I took it to him. I would like my money back and my car back. Resolution Sought Return my money, my car and its parts
