Contractor started a the work on my home, sent me itemized statement of work and materials he charged us for that he did not do or purchased. He left the job less than half done, and took my money. Now we are having to pay individually to get each project finished. He bought materials and took them back, that's theft. Resolution Sought We want our money back for work not done and materials not bought and materials stolen.
