Suppose to pick up yard trash every week but do not can not get any one to answer the phone. I leave message never get a call back I had to pay up front before they would come to pick up but they don't help. Help. Resolution Sought Do what we have payed them for pick up trash and yard debris.

I have had waste services with this company for a number of years. all of a sudden my waste can comes up missing and they are still charging me for it Resolution Sought Stop charging me for it and or replace it

We spoke with Mrs. Roberts and resolved her service issue. We replaced her cart for free and credited the account for the period she was without her 2nd cart.
