Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Consumers are encouraged to take into consideration the company's CRI, their overall BCA letter rating and other relevant information about the company so they can make a well-informed purchasing decision.

I'm going through a lot in my life. I just my identical twin sister, among other problems. There was a fire Nextdoor to my house. I felt like I couldn't handle this on my own. So I felt like getting an adjuster was the best thing for me. In hopes that I would be able to rely & be confident that I was in good hands. So far from what they said they would do for me. I'm in fact in a terrible situation. My adjuster that was assigned to me Tim S*** could care less. The first incident, I was called from another company out of nowhere to meet at my house to get Estimate of damage. Never informed by Tim. My biggest problem with Tim/ Capitol Adjustment is Communication. So many calls go on answered without a callback most of the time. The person I would talk to said she cofinally caught up with him to tell him that was a dangerous thing to do. Not informing me of giving the keys up to my home with all my personal properties in my deceased sisters personal things in there as well. Also there was no friends except for $500 in the beginning for food and toiletries. From January 2021 Wednesday 5/5/2021 nothing. I tried to get help with blue cross for food & clothing. They could only give mental health. They said your insurance or Public adjuster should help with that. They did nothing! Capitol got the money form my insurance, they couldn't be reached at all. I call my insurance company & lawyer for help. Not until lawyer ,myself called. Finally get call back. Breach in contract Resolution Sought I would like the business to let me go/ fire them. I asked to speak to manager & owner I even wrote an emails in which they have not contacted me yet. Secretary only responding, she cannot answer my questions because that is above what she does .This goes against the contract I signed. I'm doing everything on my own using my own money for living ! Ask for an itemize list on breakdown of The claim & money . Received nothing. If they don't let me go my lawyer will be involved & Doctor.
