Humiliated us with our working telephone and Camera system. Purchased 2 telephones that needed replacing; But, when it came time to servicing them Capizimo Communications said they did not service such phones. Always overcharging and underdelivering. We always paid them early and on time to be treated with such disrespect. This last time, He humiliated us saying you pay for a service before it is completed, Also Wired a few phones and cameras for us that was also disappointing services. Our intercom and pipeline music on our phone systems does not work with there installation. Sold us a outdated Flair camera recorder and cameras that the camera stopped working after a year and gave me and excuse that they did not sell to us...and later said it had been a year and that were not under warranty; But told me he was giving me a deal. Robert asked me to write a letter to put on his wall to praise him and Capizimo Communications for their negativity and poor service because the Northwest Chamber of Commerce wrote a letter praising Capizimo Communications And, thought I should do the same. Since he had No intentions of making his service good. He needs to refund us our money. We have contacted some else that is more then glad to service our Telecommunication needs. Resolution Sought Refund our money due to poor and uncomplete service
