I ordered fireplace doors those are fine also auto start for the logs they have not worked right sense they were put in. I have called several times and they have come several times but the last time repair man said it seems I got a bad unit Call again said he would call the maker to get it replaced have not heard back. He told me not call anymore Resolution Sought Replace the unit with one that works
