I am a senior citizen, living on SSI and a small pension. I signed a contract agreement on 2/10/2023 with Paul Gervasni of Capri Construction & design giving a down payment check $11,250.00, on 4/5/2023 I gave another check for $15 .000.00 to Jeremy Gervasni . said a second payment is required before the work can be started, I was told at this time that the material for the sunroom had arrive at their warehouse and they are waiting for permits to be approved by building office in Manchester township the conversation was 4/5/23, to this day they are waiting for permits to be approved. The office of Manchester building&zoning reached out to me(Joan) in May 2023 advised they have permit papers to be signed by Capri Construction whom they have called but did not get response from said company. To date, Jeremy told me he is still waiting for drawing plans from Temo head office to move forward with getting a completed permits from Manchester. I would like to know what is a reasonable time frame for getting permits and starting a job building a sunroom after laying out $26,250.00 over 2months wait. Resolution Sought I would like Capri to advise me asap if they are not able to attain drawing plan in order to get permits that are required to add a sunroom to my house, should that be the case I would like a full refund of $26,250.00

I am at the mercy of TEMO Inc 's engineering dept. for the drawings. We had the drawings, and we turned them into Manchester Township. Not only did the building department request changes, the zoning department did as well. So we are now on the 3rd iteration of the drawings. We are waiting for the (4th) last one, which should be the golden ticket. Also - I was mistaken, Ilana did not speak to Mrs. Gibb yesterday. We will be reaching out once we have an update from TEMO Inc.

I spoke with Jeremy at Capri, he assured me they are doing there due diligence to get the drawing from TEMO. I only asked that they keep me informed of there progress or lack there of.
