We traded a 2013 BUICK ENCORE 176683 miles, and Credited 4,500 dollars in for a 2019 Nissan Rogue 27619 miles 27,920 dollars... I asked the salesman had the vehicle had been wrecked. he said no, and that if any of their vehicles had been wrecked, he would say so. (falt) one! So; we bought the vehicle. The ENGINE Light has been ON and OFF Ever since...! I am about to take it back: to the Nissan Dealer 48 mins away for I think the Fourth Time. Because it is still under warranty. Car City had it three different times and realized it was still under warranty. We like the car, But the Engine Light is the PROBLEM. They won't let us trade it in or give us a reasonable price because Nissan Dealer said it he been wrecked not once but twice. Car City Whiteville..Duked.. US. We have 6000 miles to go before the Warranty runs out. I'm putting 46 miles one way running back and forth. They are not giving credit for the miles. HELP!! Please! Resolution Sought Get the ENGINE Light out for GOOD. Or give me Credit for what we have invested 4,500 trade-ins and payments made. S0 we can get a decent vehicle to drive. Nissan Dealer is working on it but not fixing it. not yet. Car City want trade.

Company's letter states: The above complaint comprised of two issues, one was a 'service engine soon' light burning and the other concerning a scratched rim. As of last week, the 'service engine soon' has been fixed as it was in the process when we received your letter, I will give details below. The service engine soon warning light was faulty evap canister. The car was under factory warranty, and we had to send it to the dealer for diagnosis. They would not replace the canister because of a crack in it which could have happened anytime by picking up something from the highway, so we purchased the canister and replaced it for the customer. We had to order it and wait for delivery. This issue has been repaired. The rim is still in the process. Two appointments have ben scheduled to complete the repair. The first appointment was cancelled by the vendor due to a family emergency. The second appointment was not met by the customer. As soon as an appointment is set this issue will be resolved. there has been no attempt to mislead or take advantage of our customer just a series of unfortunately circumstances that required more time.
